SYMBOLS GUIDE Recycled
Recyclable This product can be recycled via standard recycling methods.
The finished product contains an element of recycled material resulting from either post-consumer or production waste – for example: recycled polymers or paper.
‘Closed loop recycling’ describes an environmentally friendly process in which a product is repeatedly recycled and repurposed into a new item. This means that our absorbent products will never be sent to landfill. After collection, our absorbents are transformed into new products and put back into consumer circulation – a so-called recycling ‘loop’. The main benefits of this process are that high-quality materials remain in circulation and there is no need to extract valuable resources to make new products.
