• Reduced Scope 1 & 2 carbon emissions by 32.98% since 2019 and worked toward a target of Net Zero by 2050. • Invested in energy-efficient buildings and expanded the electric vehicle fleet to enhance operational sustainability. • Maintained ISO 14001 certification and collaborated with suppliers to minimise environmental impact.

• Provided mental health support, professional development opportunities, and inclusive leadership training for all employees. • Earned recognition as a Great Place to Work and promoted gender and ethnic diversity through internal programmes. • Offered paid volunteering days and supported local and national charities such as Resurgo through fundraising and engagement.

• Helped customers monitor and reduce their Scope 3 emissions through detailed Carbon Forecasting reports. • Delivered Sustainable Product Awards to guide customers in identifying and transitioning to greener product alternatives. • Operated a PPE recycling service with a zero-to-landfill approach, promoting circular solutions for used products.

We monitor our carbon footprint to understand the impact of our daily operations. As we update our fleet vehicles, we are investing in low emissions technology and continue to use our fleet management system, Verizon Connect, to optimise route planning. Our Environmental Impact

All our Service Centres are powered by 100% renewable electricity. Further LED and PIR sensor instalments now puts over 90% of Greenham office and warehouse spaces using energy efficient lighting.
