Your Account, Your Way Electronic Invoicing Invoices can be consolidated or individually sent electronically, depending on your preference. We also have the digital capability to invoice via P2P systems such as SAP Ariba, Jaegger or COINS for example. Our Credit Control team are on hand to discuss the best option for your business.

Our Advantage system is capable of managing many complex scenarios, however should you require a full integration to your purchasing system, we are able to do that too. We have successfully integrated our platform with many of the top P2P providers, along with offering punchout as standard. Safety Data Sheets When ordering any chemical products on our website, an SDS Notification email is sent directly to you once the order is placed. When an SDS is updated, the system records everyone that has purchased this item previously and will automatically send an SDS notification email. Within the My Account section, safety datasheets are now available and you can search for relevant products ordered that contain safety datasheets. Finally, within the My Company section, all safety datasheets sent to users will be listed here in the Manage Users section for customer administrators to view. This ensures that the customer has the correct information available which can ensure compliance Product Rationalisation and Restrictions Our platform will reduce costly administration by giving you the ability to tailor product ranges and restrict certain locations, contracts or users to a specific range of products. Buy Again A new feature on the My Account dashboard for all customers. This feature displays a list of all items that have been purchased with the option to buy again making repeat ordering even easier.
