Universal Status Tag Attach to equipment (usually at the point of entry) and advise employees when the equipment is safe to use or quarantined following an inspection. This high visibility yellow tag has been designed to attach to virtually any type of equipment. A channelled base allows a flush fitting onto scaffold tubes and the small sleek design ensures that it doesn’t interfere with daily equipment use. When the tag is empty the window displays a “Do Not Use” message - this means an inspection has not been completed and the equipment should not be used. Once an inspection has been completed the status tag holds the top sheet of the checklist and the window will display the date and the equipment’s status.

CHECK BOOKS

Each check book is specifically designed to enable & record comprehensive equipment inspections to help meet the relevant legislation, industry guidelines and best practice. Once completed, the top sheet (white) is removed, folded, and placed inside the tag to display the current status of the equipment - either “Do Not Use” or “Good to Go”. The duplicate sheet (yellow) remains in the book as a carbon copy. Every check list includes name, asset details and lists a series of questions unique to the equipment being inspected. Checklists have unique sequential numbers to aid audits and management records. Useful guidance can be found within the inside sleeve of the Check Book to help highlight what inspectors should be looking for during the inspection. • 25 Inspections per book • Carbon copies for management records
