Saddle that slides into the sign channel. The saddle accepts all bands up to 19mm (3 ⁄ 4”) and as the band tightens the saddle clamps tightly against the channel holding the sign securely in place.
Allows 2 signs to be fitted back to back to a steel post. Back to Back clips are fitted with M8 bolts. Two clips are required per channel whether one or two post mounting. Supplied in pairs.
Simple installations are achieved by inserting the ‘foot’ into the sign channel, and twisting the clip through 90°. The bolt then secures the other end. Raised pips on the inner help prevent sign rotation.

BANDING TOOL, BUCKLE AND STRAPS Has a tensioning capability of 2,400lbs and a built-in cutter for use with banding straps up to 19mm wide. Firstly, push band through buckle teeth towards the operator, ears up. Pass band around object and again through buckle. (For best results repeat this operation to obtain double banding). Anchor end of band by folding back under buckle. Take up slack. Then place band in slots of tool and push nose of tool against the buckle. Grip band with clamping lever and apply tension by turning handle. Maximum pressure is being applied when there is no appreciable movement of band between nose and clamping block. Then you can swing tool over buckle. This movement increases tension of band and, to avoid breakage, handle must be reversed slightly as tool is swung over, whilst maintaining band tension. Cut band with cutter lever and slide tool off in same position (or tension will be lost). Finally, hammer ears down over cut band.

TAMTORQUE CLAMP AND DRIVER
UNIVERSAL BASE PLATE
These tamtorque clamps are manufactured from stainless steel and have been designed for clamping signs to all types of posts. They give a quick and reliable fix to round, square or hexagonal posts every time. It removes the need to cut the band to size and therefore have no sharp edges, which can snag or cut. Unlike other banding systems, the tamtorque clamp can be easily reused or readjusted. Tamtorque clamps are manufactured from high strength stainless steel and have a hardened tamper resistant screw with a unique recessed seven-sided socket. This means that they can only be tightened or released with a special Tamtorque driver. An auto locking safety buckle ensures the free end of the band is safely tidied away. Attach to sign channel with a 2-piece saddle (sold separately).
This universal baseplate is manufactured from 3mm coated mild steel and can support round posts (between 50mm - 140mm dia) and square posts (between 50mm - 120mm). The adjustable bolt at the side of the plate locks the post in place, ensuring it is steady and won’t rotate whilst the foundations are being cast. Simply slot the post onto the baseplate between the raised lugs and the M8 bolt supplied. Clamp the post tightly with the bolt using a 13mm spanner until secure and upright. The baseplate and post can then be lowered into the hole and fixed into position.
