FOOD LABELS

A food labelling system can be used as part of your HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Plan and will enable you to show the Health Inspector that your kitchen is safe. When correctly used food labelling can ensure that the food is in date, fresh, there is no cross contamination, and that allergens are correctly identified. Manufactured from a food-safe, removable polypropylene material with a matt finish for easy writing onto. The labels can be peeled away from plastic containers etc as and when required. SHELF LIFE LABELS These days of the week labels are good for ensuring that the First in First out (FIFO) procedure is done efficiently and can help reduce food waste.
