Our advanced Quality Management System covers every step of the supply chain—from concept and design through factory approval, production inspections, and final checks at our UK Quality Assurance Centre. Every product that reaches our customers has been through rigorous, multi-layered scrutiny to guarantee it meets our exacting standards.

We bring Quality Assurance right to the source. Our team of expert auditors across Asia oversees more than 1,300 suppliers, conducting regular audits and spot checks to ensure standards never slip. By inspecting products close to the manufacturing stage, we reduce unnecessary environmental impact while maintaining strict control over quality. Self-assessment questionnaires and unannounced checks keep suppliers accountable and performance consistent.
