Our exclusive Bunzl-owned Quality & Product Assurance facility in Shanghai sets us apart. Staffed with highly experienced, EN ISO 9000-certified auditors, the team rigorously manages and approves suppliers at every stage—from selection and approval to manufacturing and inspection. With in-house testing facilities and direct oversight, we ensure every product meets our exacting standards before it reaches the customer. Our inbound products are in expert hands, managed by seasoned Import & Logistics specialists. At the heart of it all is our state-of-the-art Quality Assurance Centre, based in our National Distribution Centre in South Wales. Here, original design samples, detailed specs, and advanced testing equipment ensure every product is compliant, fit for purpose, and ready to meet the highest quality standards.
